Cancellation and Refunds Policy

1. Subscriptions (Nakshatra Weekly, Graha Shanti, Jyotishi Pro)

Subscription plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or through your app store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play), or by managing your subscription directly through the payment processor used at checkout.

2. One-Time Purchases (Janam Patri, Kundli Milan)

Janam Patri and Kundli Milan are one-time digital purchases that unlock additional generations/comparisons on your account immediately upon payment. Because these unlock digital content instantly, they are generally non-refundable once the purchase has been used to generate a chart or report.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may consider a refund, at our discretion, in cases such as:

4. App Store Purchases

If you purchased a subscription or one-time item through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests for those purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies, as those platforms process the payment on our behalf.

5. India-Specific Purchases (UPI)

For purchases made through Google Play or Apple App Store in India using UPI or other Indian payment methods, refunds are processed by Google or Apple respectively and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
